Return Policy
HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
We happily accept the return of all unworn online orders within 30 days of receipt of your order. To return any unwanted items FREE OF CHARGE, simply follow the below instructions:
DOMESTIC RETURNS:
- Send an email to customercare.usa@jimmychooonline.com to request a Returns Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). We request that all goods are returned within 30 days of receipt of your order. Returns received outside the above time frames are accepted at the discretion of JIMMY CHOO. We also reserve the right to charge any costs of recovery of the goods received after 30 days.
- Contact our shipping partner, UPS to arrange a collection time by calling 1 800 823 7459.
- New York Premier customer orders will be collected at a convenient time. Complete and sign the returns pro-forma invoice with your RMA number and seal your package for the driver to collect.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:
To return any unwanted items simply follow the below instructions:
- Send an email to customercare.usa@jimmychooonline.com to request a Returns Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). We request that all goods are returned within 30 days of receipt of your order. Returns received outside the above time frames are accepted at the discretion of JIMMY CHOO. We also reserve the right to charge any costs of recovery of the goods received after 30 days.
- Contact our shipping partner, DHL to arrange a collection. To find the telephone number for DHL, visit www.dhl.com and select your country. Please give our account number as stated in your RMA email.
- Complete and sign four copies of the returns pro-forma invoice that you received with your order, along with with your RMA number and DHL airwaybill if applicable.
- Leave the box open for the courier to inspect when your return is collected.
We will notify you once your return has been received and processed.
Should you wish to exchange an item for an alternative size, please let us know when you request your RMA number. As soon as we receive your return, we will dispatch your new size to you. If you are located outside the US you will be required to pay additional taxes and duties on the replacement item.
Please be aware that we are unable to exchange an item for an alternative colour or style. To purchase a new item, we recommend you return the item for a refund and place a new order.
We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our warehouse. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of us receiving your cancellation notice. If we do not receive the cancelled order back, we will arrange to have it collected from you at your cost.
Please note you may only use your right to cancel the order under the DSRs if you give us formal written notice of cancellation within 14 working days of receiving the order, by email or post as described above, i.e. before requesting your RMA through Jimmy Choo Customer Care.
Our free collections service is not available for orders cancelled under the DSRs.
