For Miami Art Week, Creative Director Sandra Choi collaborated with Harry Nuriev, founder and creative director of Crosby Studios, to create a larger-than-life installation inspired by power, femininity and transformation.
Renowned for his avant-garde approach, Nuriev reimagined the boutique’s façade with a magnified 3D sculpture of the brand’s iconic Ixia drop heel pump, rendered in silver chrome, a striking gesture that explores the boundaries of scale and perception.
“I love how Harry challenges perceptions in unexpected ways. His installation celebrates craftsmanship and art, referencing our iconic form with dynamics.”
Sandra Choi, Creative Director
“This project explores the contrast of scale - the dialogue between the monumental and the intimate. It plays with supersized forms as a metaphor for power, transformation, and time. At its core lies the connection between future and past, expressed through the beauty and strength of women power - timeless, visionary, and deeply human.”

Featuring a curated selection of shoes from Creative Director Sandra Choi’s personal archive, the installation celebrates the brand’s heritage and craftsmanship while juxtaposing past and future in a dynamic dialogue. Each shoe invites viewers to reconsider the evolution of design and its relationship with time and the connection between future and past.
Available to view at the Jimmy Choo Miami Design District boutique until the 7th of December, the installation forms part of the ongoing creative partnership between Jimmy Choo and Crosby Studios, offering a bold new expression of the house’s sculptural sensibilities.
