We have partnered with Scope with the aim to be accredited as a disability confident employer and also partnered with Access Aspiration to offer work placements, career talks and interview support for under-privileged 16–18-year-olds
Jimmy Choo partnered with The Capri Holdings Foundation for the Advancement of Diversity in Fashion and the Pensole Lewis College of Business and Design to offer a masterclass for design students from historically underrepresented communities—including Black, Indigenous, and People of Colour. The curriculum aimed to provide valuable insight and unrivalled mentorship to participating students pursuing career paths in footwear and accessories design, and culminated in a workshop with Sandra Choi, Creative Director at Jimmy Choo.
