Archival Style

Inspired by Gaultier’s ground-breaking SS94 collection ‘Les Tatouages’, the streamlined pump and over-the-knee boot serve as a canvas for an original hand-drawn design - each different size and style features a slightly different print, adding to the precious nature of these pieces. The tattoo pattern is also showcased in pavé crystals - in addition to the leather pumps - for a signature touch of Jimmy Choo glamour.

Modern Corsetry

Jean Paul Gaultier is synonymous with his infamous proposal of underwear as outerwear; a bold reclamation of corsetry as a symbol of modern sexual liberation for all gender identities. This notion and aesthetic is represented by the collection’s corset sling back, crafted with a distinctive double layer design that takes our Italian artisans two hours to execute.

London via Paris

If the elongated toe and refined vamp of these statement wedges are emblematic of Jimmy Choo, then Jean Paul Gaultier is present in the striking wit and surreal nature of this standout design. Each of these transparent heels captures the spirit of both brands’ cities; with Paris’ Eiffel Tower and London’s Big Ben etched asymmetrically inside each heel.

Icon Status

This style represents the fusion of two true icons, Gaultier’s signature heavy metal jewellery - evocative of the London punk scene - and Jimmy Choo’s iconic Bing mule. The asymmetric jewellery adorning this style is decorated lavishly with crystals and branded hardware. The metallic chain continues onto the back of the shoes, ensuring it makes a statement from every angle.

The art of Illusion

Featuring a playful denim trompe l’oeil print, the innovative boot can be worn two ways; as an over the knee leather silhouette or, alternatively, turned down to a mid-calf style with a denim cuff. This digitally printed effect is crafted with fabric that is washed to fix the colour, as is the traditional process to make a classic pair of jeans.
